IMPORTANT: if you’re using the tips of your nails or fingers, please make sure that you feel slight tenderness when you’re pressing the pressure points.  The tenderness sensation is your guide that you’re activating the pressure points.

Two Pressure Points to help de-stress, decrease cravings and help curb appetite:

  1. Shen Men
  2. Stomach

Use the tips of your nails to press Shen Men and Stomach pressure points.

If you have long nails, press enough that you leave nail marks and also feel slight tenderness on the pressure points.

If you have short nails, use the tips of your fingers to press so that you feel slight tenderness on the pressure points.

    I am not sure if I am finding the points correctly, I have looked at the ear chart but it is a bit hard to tell if I have the right stop.

      ……………Thank you for your question. Being unsure in the beginning however is absolutely normal because this may be your first time activating these pressure points.

      As you can see in the chart, the first point Shen Men is located on the top part of the ear. The second point, Stomach, is located in the middle part of the ear. However if you follow the chart and you are in the region or close enough to the points, you’re doing it exactly right.

      Whatever you use (electrical stimulation, ear seeds or your tips of your nails), make sure that you feel a slight tenderness when you’re pressing these points. The tenderness is your GUIDE that you’re activating the points. Remember to breathe as you pressed these points. Hope this helps.
