Body Posture: 3 simple thoughts to hold in your  mind

  1. Soften your neck
  2. Lengthening up and out through the top of your head
  3. Drop your shoulders

Helps:

  1. Helps Relax
  2. Decrease pain
  3. Helps alignment

Keys:

  1. Do not force the body
  2. Have the thoughts
  3. Observe how your body follows your thoughts

Exercise:

  1. Think about softening your neck
  2. Lengthening up and out through the top of your head
  3. Hold the thoughts in your mind
  4. Allow your body to follow your thoughts
  5. Think about dropping your shoulders
  6. Allow your body to follow your thoughts
