Journaling and Gratitude:

2 Journal Options:

  1. Computer
  2. Notebook and pen

Key:

  1. Do not edit yourself
  2. Avoid judging what comes up
  3. Allow yourself to fully express

Questions to ask:

  1. Think about what is stressing you out?
  2. What is on your mind?
  3. What couldn’t you express to a loved one, co-worker or your employer that you can allow yourself to express safely in the journal?

Journal length and frequency:

  1. Can be 30 minutes or longer
  2. Or can only be couple of sentences long
  3. Recommended to journal everyday

Gratitude:

  1. Write 5-10 things that you’re grateful to end your journaling process
