Journaling and Gratitude:
2 Journal Options:
- Computer
- Notebook and pen
Key:
- Do not edit yourself
- Avoid judging what comes up
- Allow yourself to fully express
Questions to ask:
- Think about what is stressing you out?
- What is on your mind?
- What couldn’t you express to a loved one, co-worker or your employer that you can allow yourself to express safely in the journal?
Journal length and frequency:
- Can be 30 minutes or longer
- Or can only be couple of sentences long
- Recommended to journal everyday
Gratitude:
- Write 5-10 things that you’re grateful to end your journaling process
