5 Water Essentials:

  1. Drink room temperature water
  2. Drink 8-10 glasses of 8oz of water
  3. Drink in between your meals
  4. Drink filtered water (reverse osmosis, charcoal) and store in glass containers
  5. Drink throughout the day and avoid drinking large amounts of water at once
