Salmon with grilled asparagus and mango salsa
- season 8-10z of wild caught salmon with celtic sea salt, garlic powder and drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- bake salmon in oven for 12-15 minutes at 375 or until it’s cooked (time varies with different types of ovens)
- grill asparagus with celtic sea salt and olive oil
- top salmon with mango salsa and serve with grilled asparagus
- serves 1

Grilled hamburger with pickles, tomato, lettuce and onions
- season 8-10 oz of grass fed ground beef with celtic sea salt, garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of secret sauce
- shake the ground beef into a round hamburger patty
- grill hamburger until cook or cook on frying pan and brown the top and bottom
- serve with pickles, fresh tomatoes, lettuce and onion
- serves 1

Baked chicken thighs with oven glazed carrots and onions
- season and over 4 chicken thighs with celtic sea salt and garlic powder
- brown the chicken thighs on high heat for couple of minutes on each side until the skin is crispy and brown
- remove chicken thighs from heat after browning
- cut 1 large yellow onion and 4 carrots and place them in a pyrex glass container or a dutch oven and add chicken
- drizzle 4 tablespoon of secret sauce all over the chicken and vegetables and place in oven for 40 minutes at 320 or until the carrots and onions have soften and created a thick glaze sauce
- taste to see if you need more secret sauce or salt
- excellent to save for breakfast or lunch for the next day
