Salmon with grilled asparagus and mango salsa

  1. season 8-10z of wild caught salmon with celtic sea salt, garlic powder and drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  2. bake salmon in oven for 12-15 minutes at 375 or until it’s cooked (time varies with different types of ovens)
  3. grill asparagus with celtic sea salt and olive oil
  4. top salmon with mango salsa and serve with grilled asparagus
  5. serves 1

Grilled hamburger with pickles, tomato, lettuce and onions

  1. season 8-10 oz of grass fed ground beef with celtic sea salt, garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of secret sauce
  2. shake the ground beef into a round hamburger patty
  3. grill hamburger until cook or cook on frying pan and brown the top and bottom
  4. serve with pickles, fresh tomatoes, lettuce and onion
  5. serves 1

Baked chicken thighs with oven glazed carrots and onions

  1. season  and over 4 chicken thighs with celtic sea salt and garlic powder
  2. brown the chicken thighs on high heat for couple of minutes on each side until the skin is crispy and brown
  3. remove chicken thighs from heat after browning
  4. cut 1 large yellow onion and 4 carrots and place them in a pyrex glass container or a dutch oven and add chicken
  5. drizzle 4 tablespoon of secret sauce all over the chicken and vegetables and place in oven for 40 minutes at 320 or until the carrots and onions have soften and created a thick glaze sauce
  6. taste to see if you need more secret sauce or salt
  7. excellent to save for breakfast or lunch for the next day
  8. serves 2
