    Many thanks…I’m going to try it.

    I also am going to try freezing it in a large ice cube tray. I recently read an article about freezing herbs and leftover sauces, even olive oil (to bind the herbs)…you can pop out the cubes once they are hard and keep them in the freezer in a freezer bag, and toss one or two in other dishes you are making. Do you think freezing would diminish the effectiveness of this combination of ingredients?

      …………… Hi Susan, this seems like a great and convenient way to store things. Thanks for sharing. As for your question about freezing and if it would diminish the effectives of the ingredients, the answer is no however the taste may diminish. Let me know how this works.

    In one of the free videos you offered, you give your recipe for tomato sauce using the boxed tomatoes and other of the five ingredients. Could you please give me that recipe again ?
