Strategies to Creating Tasty and Slimming Foods

Green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers are  high in Umami and helps with curbing appetite and cravings:

  • cut green peppers into bite size and remove seeds
  • place the peppers into a glass jar
  • combine 1 cup of white vinegar or 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of water and bring to boil
  • turn fire off and let vinegar and water cool
  • add 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder or use 3-4 gloves of garlic
  • add 1/2 of sweetener, erythritol or xylitol
  • 1/2 -3/4 teaspoon of black pepper corns (you can also use freshly ground black pepper)
  • pour the vinegar and water into jar until peppers are covered and close lid
  • keep refrigerated and use on salads or as a side dish
