Snacks
Other snack options that are high in Umami:
1. Kale Chips
- Use the leafy part of kale (1 bunch)
- Cut kale into bite size
- Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Add 1 tablespoon of secret sauce
- Optional garlic powder and sweetener
2. Nuts/Seeds
- Handful of raw unsalted nuts (almonds, cashews)
- Handful of raw seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, sesame) – chew well before swallowing to release the beneficial oils of the seeds
3. Olives
