Lunch

Herbs:

  • Mint
  • Cilantro
  • Basil
  • Parsley

Salads:

  • Argula
  • Endive
  • Spinach
  • Kale

Dressing:

  • 3-4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-2 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoon secret sauce
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of sweetener (erythitol or xylitol) if using regular sugar, use organic cane sugar
  • 1/4 garlic powder
  • sea salt and black pepper

    Hi Grace! I tried the videos again and they are working so must have been a momentary glich..
    Also, I had stopped eating raw food ,cause I was always cold and I live in Alberta and it is cold
    here right now.. I feel better eating steamed veggies.. Can I steam the above herbs and salads??

    Hi Grace! I just checked out the breakfast video and had issues with it starting and stopping every 5 – 6 seconds.. Tried the lunch video to see if same issue and yes indeed the same thing is happening.. Just wondering if it is my software or is there an issue with the videos themselves..?

      ………….. Hi Karen, Welcome! Sorry you’re having this issue. Can you try couple of things:
      1) Reboot your computer. Sometimes if your computer has not been re-booted recently the video has trouble.
      2) Be sure your browser is updated as well as the video apps that it uses.
      3) Try another browser.
      4) If you have couple of browsers open, close all of them except the video you’re trying to watch.

      If all of these fail, please email my tech team at Support@GraceFatLossMethod.com. We currently have many people successfully viewing the breakfast and lunch videos so we know they are working. It’s just that there are a lot of individual browser and computer settings that sometimes cause difficulty. Thank you!
